Description
The filter set, specially adapted to the Eheim eXperience 150 (Eheim 2222-24) and Eheim eXperience 250 (Eheim 24244-24) external filter, consists of 3 activated carbon foam pads to purify the water in your aquarium.
At the same time, the material provides a large colonization surface for purification bacteria.
After a short period of time, activated carbon foam cushions do not perform mechanical or biological filtration functions, but chemical ones to destroy certain harmful substances, such as residues remaining after using medication.
To clean them, simply rinse and squeeze them, so that the bacteria cultures are not completely destroyed.
