Sable PREIS Bora Bora Sand - 25kg

PRESI Bora Bora sand in 20kg bags corresponds to 15.5 liters of substrate.
This sand is perfectly suited to the natural environment of the coral reef and plays an important role in the proper functioning of the Biotope.
Very popular with aquatic and plant marine fauna (molluscs, anemones, cerianthids, serpulids, plumed polycetes and labrids which like to bury themselves there). Gobiodons (goby family) easily dig it to seek refuge there.
BORA BORA sand is also ideal for mixing with live sand filtration systems (DSB method), in which case the bottom substrate must be at least 8 to 20 cm high.

The advantages of PREIS Bora Bora Sand in 20kg:
• Made from very pure sand, this sand does not release any nitrate, phosphate or silicate.
• Composed mainly of calcium and magnesium.

We recommend a layer of 2 to 3 cm, so that a sufficiently strong current, generating good mixing, can rid it of debris and prevent any concentration of nitrates in the ground.
